Michael Jackson’s mother claimed that the jury does not need to know anything about her grandchildren’s biological parentage.

Michael Jackson’s family has demanded that paternity evidence relating to his children be dropped from a lawsuit.

The late singer’s mother Katherine Jackson – who acts as a co-legal guardian for his children Prince Michael, 17, Paris, 15 and Blanket, 10, – has filed a motion asking the judge presiding over the court case to exclude any evidence relating to their paternity.

According to legal documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, Katherine Jackson claimed that the jury does not need to know anything about her grandchildren’s biological parentage.

Budding actor and TV presenter Prince Michael and his sister Paris are believed to be the children of their father’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe, while Blanket is said to have been born via a surrogate mother.

The family is suing AEG Live – who sponsored Michael’s This Is It tour – for the alleged negligent hiring and supervision of Dr Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for his role in Michael’s death.

The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch has also asked the judge exclude any mention of the Michael’s child molestation claims as well as any mention of her other children’s financial problems.

The family is reportedly worried that AEG might try to argue that the real reason the family are pursing them in the reported $40 billion lawsuit is money.

A judge has not yet ruled on the motions.

The Thriller hitmaker died in June 2009 after being administered a lethal dose of Propofol by Murray. The trial is set to begin on April 2.

Mr. 305 released his remix to “Harlem Shake,” entitled “Welcome to Dade County,” on which he defends his hometown and rips Weezy for his disrespectful comments about the Miami Heat.

“Don’t shit where you eat,” Pitbull barks at the New Orleans native. “When we show love to those that get their city destroyed by a hurricane and then they come down here…”

Weezy heard Pit’s charged words and responded in a tweet. “Dam pit bull bro I thought u was kool,” he wrote.

Pitbull explained to him why he was upset. “@LilTunechi I am cool papo but imagine me shitting on anything new orleans which I was just there for super bowl the big easy I loved it,” he tweeted. “@LilTunechi the world shows me love and vice versa but miami is all I got no disrespect just the truth.”

The two previously collaborated on the remix to Pitbull’s “Dammit Man” off his 2005 album Money Is Still a Major Issue.

Lil Wayne says Heat kicked him out; Heat disagree

Lil Wayne has a song called Troublemaker. Surprisingly, it’s not about his attendance at NBA games.

The rapper left the Miami Heat-Los Angeles Lakers game Sunday afternoon and tweeted he was forced to leave because he was rooting for the Lakers. But Heat spokeswoman Lorrie-Ann Diaz told USA TODAY Sports in an e-mail that Lil Wayne was not kicked out but instead chose to leave.

“So I’m @ da Heat game right, rootin 4 da Lakers kuz dats my team & would u believe they got police 2 make me leave?! Wow!” Lil Wayne tweeted at 5:01 p.m. ET.

One fan who was at the game said security approached Lil Wayne after he made a gesture.

“Random guy yelled at Lil Wayne at #MiamiHEAT game. Weezy looked back, gave him a mean stare & gestured he had a gun,” tweeted Danny Vega, who said he was at the game and sitting near Lil Wayne. “Weezy just got into argument with security at the #MiamiHEAT game. He got kicked out for gun gesture.”

Diaz, the Heat spokeswoman, did not respond to a question about whether security approached Lil Wayne before he left.

Lil Wayne cited racism when he was not allowed into a Western Conference finals game last year, but Oklahoma City Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney said the issue was the rapper didn’t have a ticket to the sold-out game. He then attended an NBA Finals game in Oklahoma City, apparently smoothing over any issues with Thunder staff.

Fashionista leaves Louis Vuitton bag containing ‘suicide diary’ naming five girls banned from funeral

Tragic: Ashley Anne Riggitano, 22, leapt from George Washington Bridge yesterday

A 22-year-old fashionista jumped to her death from a New York bridge, leaving behind a designer handbag with a suicide note including a list of five girls she did not want to attend her funeral.

Ashley Anne Riggitano leapt from George Washington Bridge at 4:40 p.m. yesterday into the Hudson River.

Her Louis Vuitton bag contained handwritten notes singling out the five people who had made her unhappy.

‘All my other ‘friends’ are in it for gossip,’ she wrote according to the New York Post.

She also mentioned a man who she was not happy with, and although he was permitted to attend her funeral, she added that she hoped he gets what he deserves’ when he gets there.

The newspaper reported that Miss Riggitano may have had a history of problems and tried to commit suicide at least once before.

Medication, including Adderall and Klonopin, was found in her bag, according to sources.

Adderall is used for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or narcolepsy, while Klonopin is used to control seizures in epilepsy and for the treatment of panic disorder.

The newspaper reported that the people referred to in the notes appeared to be friends from college or work and that Miss Riggitano may have been bullied by her fashion friends.

Miss Riggitano had been working as intern for the New York-based jewelry and fashion designer Alex Woo.

She started her own business, called Missfits, where she hand crafted jewelry made out of semi precious gemstones with her best friend Victoria Van Thunen.

On her company’s Facebook page in the ‘About Me’ section she wrote:

‘My name is Ashley Riggitano or those who know me know I go by Ashley Anne. I am originally from Bergen county NJ but have moved on to downtown Manhattan. I study fashion merchandising at Lim College. I have always had a strong passion for fashion especially jewelry.’

Her Facebook relationship status lists her as ‘single’

The budding designer graduated from Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in Manhattan this year.

She had interned at some high-profile fashion companies including Tommy Hilfiger and Nicole Miller, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Her family in Paramus, NJ, have not commented on her death yet.

Miss Van Thunen wrote on her Facebook page yesterday:  ‘Those who incessantly blame others as the cause of their issues should perhaps take a step back and reevaluate these situations. The common thread may be that “they” aren’t the problem, but rather that YOU are.’

Lil wayne and Fabolous are not beefing!

Lil Wayne offended quite a few people last summer when he declared that he flat out “don’t like New York,” but like a true New Yorker, Fabolous found inspiration in the uproar, turning Weezy’s oops into a clever catchphrase for his Big Apple anthem “So NY.” The Brooklyn rapper tells MTV News that Weezy’s statement simply motivated him to show off more pride in his city, and they’ve since had a conversation about it — at Miami’s Club LIV, obviously — and moved on

“I felt [Wayne] spoke his opinion so if he doesn’t like New York — it’s not a bad thing,” Fab said. “I do feel he spoke it because it was how he felt, and New York isn’t at its strongest point musically or [anything]. [But] it’s also hard to say that about any place. You can do an interview and say, ‘I don’t like Kentucky’ and the people of Kentucky are gonna have little gripe about that. Of course, Kentucky is not New York City, but the people there are prideful of their state.

“I just think he did it and I didn’t take it personally like it was directed at me,” he continued, explaining his immediate reaction to Weezy’s comment. “I took what he was saying and tried to empower some pride back into New York, like ‘I’m “So NY” Weezy probably don’t like me. And that’s what it was about, just making a statement, taking what he said and motivating people with it.”

At this point, Lil Wayne is generally known to be wholly consumed in his own world of skateboarding and ESPN, so when the two rappers ran into each other at Club LIV in Miami, they addressed the track briefly, and didn’t let any hard feelings linger.

“I saw him at Club LIV, and was like I’ma go over there and holla at Wayne, just to check the temperature and make sure everything is okay,” Fab explained. “Because you know people hear things and I don’t know which way they took it, but he actually came over to me, and said ‘what’s up.’

“And he was like ‘man, I wasn’t tripping off of that, I didn’t even take it in any kind of way when I heard it… I didn’t even know about it.’ I was like oh alright, that’s cool. So that was the end of it there. There was no reason to dwell on it, and I even took a picture for my Instagram just to show the people that it was no big deal.”

“What does Lil Wayne care about?” he added, laughing. “He doesn’t care about sh–.”

Fab dropped the visuals for “So NY,” last week, which he says highlights the grittier, everyday reality of New York, versus the shiny tourist attractions.

Fabolous’ sixth studio album Loso’s Way 2 is due this spring.

GAY BASHING? FRANK OCEAN JUMPED BY CHRIS BROWN?

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Authorities are investigating allegations that Grammy-winning singer Chris Brown assaulted a man in a West Hollywood parking lot.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to a report Sunday night of six men fighting.

Witnesses told deputies that the brief fight was over a parking space.

The department says the “altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim.”

The “victim” wasn’t identified but the celebrity website TMZ, which first reported the incident outside a recording studio, says the fight also involved Frank Ocean, a nominee in the upcoming Grammy Awards. He later tweeted that he “got jumped by (Brown) and a couple guys” and suffered a finger cut.

The department says it will contact Brown later.

Brown’s attack on singer Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy awards overshadowed the show. He was injured in a June 2012 brawl with members of hip-hop star Drake’s entourage at a New York nightclub.

Well Remie is UPSET. She went on Facebook explaining the incident to her friends and fans. And then she posted up a pic of dude . . . who, according to Remie, even put up a pic of HER ON HIS INSTAGRAM.

Astonishing arsenal of guns collected by cops

Deeply affected by the massacre at Sandy Hook, gun owners in Camden, New Jersey, America’s deadliest town, turned in a record number of weapons in a buy back scheme over the weekend.

1,137 firearms including an elephant-gun were handed in on Friday and Saturday at two churches in the crime-plagued town as the ramifications of the mass child killings in Connecticut seemed to inspire residents to give up their arms.

‘We heard that there were a number of gun owners on Saturday who had publicly said, in light of the situation that had just occurred in Connecticut, they wanted to turn in their weapons,’ Paul Loriquet, a spokesman for the Camden police, said in an interview with Philly.Com

All those who turned in guns were promised anonymity and no questions asked.

‘A lot of people said they don’t want the guns around the house now,’ said state Attorney General Jeffrey Chiesa as he announced the result of the program held Friday and Saturday at two Camden churches.

NJ.com reported that those who came to the event were paid up to $250 per weapon with ‘no questions asked.’

Gun owners received $25 for BB guns, $50 inoperable firearms, $150 for revolvers, semi automatics, shotguns and rifles and $250 for assault weapons.

Nearly all of the weapons are to be destroyed.

‘The more we unarm ourselves then maybe we can stop some of the violence that’s going on. If we don’t have the firearm then we can’t use the firearm,’ said James Green, who turned over his firearm.

The shooting at a Newtown elementary school on Friday left 26 people dead, including 20 children, ages 6 and 7.

The gunman, Adam Lanza, used a Bushmaster AR-15 assault rifle in the killings, and used a handgun to kill himself as police officers closed in.

Twice as many firearms were turned in Saturday, the day after, than on Friday, Chiesa noted.

‘These guns are coming from people’s homes and many times end up as items of burglary, end up on our streets and in the wrong hands. We would much rather have custody of these guns now as opposed to at the scene of a crime after a shooting,’ said Chief Scott Thomas, Camden Police.

It wasn’t just the criminals handing in guns in Camden – law abiding members of the public were bringing in their guns to rid their homes of their firearms.

‘I don’t want them around the house anymore so I brought them here,’ said Henry Budniak.

Officials have said there are about 170 drug markets operating in Camden, a city of 77,000 near Philadelphia, more than 700 people on parole and 600 registered sex offenders.

The city ranks first in violent crime, according to the FBI. It also leads the country in murders for cities of more than 50,000 people.

The murder rate is unthinkably high. In 2007, Newark attracted national attention for a record number of homicides.

Some residents, interviewed Friday, said they turned in guns simply because they no longer wanted them in their homes. One man said he would use the $400 he received to buy Christmas gifts.

Kanye wear skirt for 12-12-12 concert, lets remeber diddy skirt too! hmmmmm

Anything can happen when Kanye West takes the stage. But thankfully, at the 12-12-12 concert for Sandy relief it was just West’s bold fashion choice that shocked fans.

He wore a black leather skirt-like bottom over his pants paired with a black hoodie while he performed at the benefit concert.

The kilt bottom swayed back and forth as West jumped around the stage rapping hits like “Gold Digger” and “Touch the Sky.”

One twitter user quipped: “Kanye must have swapped suitcases with Kim Kardashian.”

But Kanye’s skirt had the last Twitter laugh when it joined Twitter and racked up over 1,000 followers by morning.

“Nothing but the finest pleather money can buy. Yeah, i’m fly,” Kanye’s skirt tweeted.

The possible-kilt was a new look for West, who also showed a new side of himself at the show. Kardashian’s boyfriend got sensitive when he performed a short ballad about love before launching into a signature rap song.

West is known for getting wild on stage. He famously stole the microphone during Taylor Swift’s VMA acceptance speech to praise Beyonce.

The artist performed several of his biggest hits, along with many other artists at the 12-12-12 concert, which benefited the Robin Hood Fund for Sandy victims.

Alicia Keys, The Who and Bruce Springsteen were just some of the greats that took the stage before West performed.

New York native Keys closed the show, following Paul McCartney’s set, with her hit “Empire State of Mind.” Surprisingly, West’s buddy Jay-Z was no where to be seen at the Madison Square Garden concert, though he is featured in the Keys hit.

Evelyn Lozada Filed For Divorce After Hearing About Spinoff Cancellation

To those of you already heartbroken about the marriage between Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnsongoing straight to hell at light speed following him allegedly head butting her, take a deep breath before reading this story.

The couple was previously accused of having a false union fixated on boosting each of their respective fame. Needless to say, a gossip story that claims Evelyn decided to end her marriage to Chad after she found out their reality show was cancelled will only boost that cynicism. Y’all need to quit.

Or not. Whatever floats your boat.

In the meantime, here’s what the Chicago Sun-Times claims:

According to a source close to Lozada, she phoned her attorney to file for divorce immediately after getting the word VH1 had jettisoned her new show.

“She was really pissed. … Evelyn is all about fame and self-promotion, and once she realized that marriage [to Johnson] wasn’t working to help that — she was out. … She’s tough and could handle the abuse, though most of it with Chad was verbal. But she can’t stand the chance of not being in the public eye anymore.”

This is a little unfair. She’s still on Basketball Wives, and even though her unfortunate alleged attack has stopped her spinoff from happening, she will get a bunch of press outside of the show that first made her famous. Evelyn is a smart cookie. Once she heals, the PR machine will get its roll on (word to the Big Tymers).

Coservative Christian Women Have Strong Opinions On Ced’s new Show

Cedric the Entertainer’s sitcom, “The Soul Man” is in the middle of getting a thrashing from a group of conservative Christian women, One Million Moms.

The group protests the show is a mockery of Jesus Christ and gives pastors a bad name.

But TV Land may not change a thing, being that it was the network’s second-highest rated series premiere behind the launch of “Hot in Cleveland.”

The moms don’t agree that the sitcom, however, is a family comedy as it’s been described, according to AlwaysAlist.com.

But the grievances don’t stop there.

The Moms website declares that Neicy Nash’s character is out of line with a busty style and form-fitting dresses.

Lolli (the wife played by Niecy Nash) tells Boyce, “Lack of booty makes you moody!” and “Women’s parts start percolating when husband does chores,” says the website.

“Pastor’s brother and father use foul language and the father is a retired preacher whose uses the excuse he isn’t a minster anymore.”

The One Million Moms appear to want the show either re-listed as adult entertainment or taken off the air.

Perhaps turning the channel wouldn’t work for the Million Moms though, right?

I have been single for almost 3 years and I believe I finally met a guy who is worth my time and energy. He recently moved to Atlanta (where I live) and we have been getting along great! We have a tad bit of history because I knew him when I lived in Ohio. In fact, I went to school with his sister and he went to school with my brother. Things sound like they are all peachy, but they are not!

The problem is, he told me a couple of days ago that his ex-girlfriend lives down here. Now, I am not the jealous type so I was ok with that. Then yesterday, he says that Sunday is like his family day! I asked him what he meant and he said that he goes over to her house and spends time with her son while she does his laundry and cooks him dinner. I did not know what to say to him after that! He doesn’t even call her his ex, he still refers to her as “MY GIRL!” I honestly do not know what to do about this situation! I like him, but I don’t want to have to share him with an EX and a child that is not his!!! Please help me! – Trying To Be Understanding

Dear Ms. Trying To Be Understanding,

I officially quit this –ish! Your letter is the reason why I don’t fool with y’all so damn early, and especially filling up my inbox with these nonsense letters about some man who you think you’re seeing and he tells you he spends family day with his ex and her child. And, he refers to her as his girl. (Blank stare **) Spin the wheel and buy a freaking clue!

Is he really worth your time and energy? Really, sweetie? Come on now, you’re not serious are you? I swear there must be a farm where they raise women like you without a brain and no sense. Oh, yeah, Perdue farms!

Girl, he is not your man, not worth your time, and clearly not worth your energy. I mean, really, Ms. Thang, it’s a coincidence that his ex-girlfriend lives in Atlanta. SHOCKING! (Gasps as I put my hand over my mouth. Then the Blank stare.) He’s clearly pulled the wool over your eyes, well it’s that blond weave with purple highlights that’s preventing you from seeing what’s so obvious. Let me clear my throat and say this loudly for you – HE MOVED TO ATLANTA TO BE WITH HIS EX. Yes, do-do brains! In order to reconcile or rekindle whatever love they had, he made it his business to track her down, moved to Atlanta and continued playing house with her, all while he keeps you as the side piece concubine. WAKE UP and stop being desperate for a man. Chile, I can smell that cheap perfume you’re wearing and it’s wreaking through the computer – it’s eau de toilet mixed with desperation/weak/needy/dumb. Any man within a 100-mile radius can smell it.

Look, Ms. Trying To Be Understanding, this man is not for you. He will never be for you. He is still caught up and hung up on his ex. You need to find a man who is single, without any attachments to an ex, or searching for an ex, and looking to reconnect with an ex. Find an available man who wants to be with you. Because Ms. Honey I’m going to break this down for you and be done. The man goes to her house every Sunday for family day. That’s clue number 1 that he’s not your man. He spends time with her son that is not his. That’s clue number 2 that he’s not your man. Then, she does his laundry and cooks him dinner. That’s clue number 3 that he’s not your man. Kim Kardashian Cooks Soul Food For Kanye West [PHOTO]

Even though Kim Kardashian is considered one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, there may be another reason why she keeps black men under her spell.  It seems Kimmy K.’s got some skills in the kitchen, and cooked a soul food dinner for her current boo, Kanye West.  After spending a day at Laser Away Hair & Tattoo Removal in Santa Monica, Kimmy Cakes made fried chicken, mac and cheese, collard greens, served on expensive Hermes plates:

In a past interview with OK! Magazine, Kim’s ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush bragged about her culinary skills:

“We were kind of dating and she said, ‘I can kind of cook good’. She’s the first girl that’s ever cooked a meal for me. That’s honestly how she got me – with the food! She cooked one of my favorite meals, corn bread, macaroni and cheese, candy yams and fried chicken and it was ridiculously good.”

Tony Parker Suing For Being Injured In Drake, Chris Brown Club Brawl

The consequences stemming from Drake and Chris Brown’s club melee are getting extremely real.

San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker is suing Club W.i.P. for $20 million for injuries he sustained during the bottle bashing incident. Parker claims the club should have never allowed both of Rihanna’s exes in the establishment at the same time. In lawsuit documents filed in New York State Supreme court on Thursday, Parker calls W.i.P.’s security negligent for letting the brawl escalate to the point bottles began being thrown.

ony Parker said he was hit by shards of glass in his eyes when Drake allegedly started throwing bottles. Many wonder why Eva Longoria’s ex is suing for that huge of a sum, but Parker is justified in suing for $20 million. Due to the injuries to Parker’s eyes, he hasn’t been able to practice with the French National basketball team who are prepping for the Olympics. He was supposed to start practicing with the team earlier this week. Moreover, Parker’s eye injury could jeopardize his career in the NBA.

Do you think Tony Parker is right for suing the club and not either Chris Brown or Drake? They were the ones involved in the fight. Should it be the two music superstars’ responsibility to fork over cash in Tony Parker’s direction? Who is really at fault here: the club or Drake and Chris Brown?

Kim K Moving in with Kanye!

KIM Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly set to move in together.

According to America’s Life & Style magazine, the couple have put their respective homes on the market and are now searching for a lovenest together.

“They are preparing to move in together, it’s moving that quickly. If things continue at the speed they’re going, Kim and Kanye will rent a new house together,” a source said.

“They wouldn’t buy yet. They just want to live together without being fully domestic until they’re ready to have a family.”

Kim — who split from estranged husband Kris Humphries last October after just 72 days of marriage — has listed her stunning Beverly Hills villa for $5 million, which she bought in 2010 for $4.8 million.

Kanye has put his Hollywood Hills property as a pocket listing, which means it doesn’t show up in real estate documents, according to gossip website TMZ.

He previously put the three-bedroom house — which he bought in 2003 — on the market in 2010 for $3,995,000, although he didn’t end up selling it.

Sources recently claimed that Kanye has been giving Kim fashion advice.

Kanye has been having chats with Kim about her style,” a source said.

“He thinks she should be more like him, edgy with her choices. He keeps saying she should ‘evolve’ as a fashion icon.

“Kanye says she plays it safe too much so has been trying to pick outfits for her to wear and encourage her to be more daring.”

Michelle orders women close to Barack watched and has shunned Oprah because she ‘hates fat people’

Michelle Obama orders women close to her husband to be watched in case he cheats on her like John F Kennedy did to his wife, a new book claims.

The First Lady is supposedly ‘unusually jealous’ and has so little trust in Barack Obama that she turns up unannounced during the day to see what he is doing.

She also objected to her husband’s close relationship to U.S. chat show queen Oprah Winfrey – and shunned her because she ‘hates fat people’.

Keeping up appearances: Because Oprah’s say means a significant amount of votes, the Obamas put aside their growing frustrations and appeared on one of the host’s final shows

The explosive claims are likely to feed the image of Mrs Obama as an ‘angry black woman’, a label she herself dismissed earlier this year.

They could also reopen questions about the Obama’s marriage of 20 years as in the past they reportedly rowed a lot and came close to splitting up.

In ‘The Amateur’, American author Edward Klein’s book about Mr Obama’s first term, he claims that Mrs Obama’s ‘obsessive’ behaviour is the talk of the White House.

Portions of the book that were released to The New York Post tells of quotes from a source close to Miss Winfrey as saying: ‘Michelle is very jealous, I would say unusually so.

‘Most people after years of marriage have trust and don’t follow their husbands around and check on them.

‘Michelle doesn’t seem to trust Barack at all. She insists on knowing his every movement and drops in on him at all kinds of odd times.

Warring women: Though publicly close, inside sources report that Michelle feels threatened by Oprah, and has tried to distance herself and her husband from the former Queen of Daytime

Sidelined: Oprah campaigned with Mr Obama during the 2008 election and he is hoping she will do the same this year

‘Michelle makes it clear to her inner circle…that she wants women around Barack watched and wants info about who he has an eye for and gets touchy with.

‘The thing is, she knows, like everybody, about JFK’s shenanigans, and she thinks, hey, JFK was young and good looking like my guy.’

By the time he was assassinated in 1963 Mr Kennedy had become as famous for his extra marital liaisons as he was for being President.

In her memoir former White House intern Mimi Alford recalled how Mr Kennedy eyed her up in the White House pool then had sex with her in the bedroom he shared with his wife.

Mr Kennedy also supposedly had sex with Marlene Dietrich in the Oval office and famously romanced Marilyn Monroe – amongst many others.

In ‘The Amateur’ Mr Klein claims that relations between Miss Winfrey and Mrs Obama took a nosedive over the chat show host’s close relationship with Mr Obama.

The book claims that in the weeks after the 2008 U.S. election victory Mr Obama gave Miss Winfrey’s advice ‘priority over Michelle’s’

Mr Klein writes: ‘When she (Winfrey) phoned, he dropped everything and took her call. They huddled over strategy. Of all of Obama’s unofficial White House advisers, Oprah had unparalleled access, input, influence, and power.’

Mr Klein quotes a White House insider who says that Mrs Obama was ‘furious’ about her husband’s late night phone calls to Miss Winfrey and that he should be turning to her for advice instead.

Another sticking point was that Mrs Obama thought that Miss Winfrey had urged Hillary Clinton to run in the election against her husband.

When she grew sick of being rejected, specifically in her offer to help with Mrs Obama’s campaign against obesity, Miss Winfrey is supposed to have screamed out to a friend: ‘Michelle hates fat people and doesn’t want me waddling around the White House!’

In extracts already made public Mr Klein’s book also claims that former U.S. President Bill Clinton once branded Mr Obama ‘an amateur’ and too incompetent to hold office.

Mr Clinton has strongly denied the claims.

Nobody from the White House was available for comment.

Rihanna ‘Cried Laughing’ At James Franco’s

Rihanna and James Franco might want to get a room. These two have been gushing about one another all over the press — but, it’s just business.

MTV News caught up with Franco at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, where he opened up about almost being cast in Ri’s “We Found Love” video and how the pair might eventually appear together in the flick “The Apocalypse.” RiRi later revealed that she’s just as big a fan of Franco’s work as he is of hers. How big of a fan is he? Well, the actor recently released a viral video of himself lip-syncing “You Da One.”

“I love James Franco,” Rihanna told MTV News during “MTV First: Battleship.” Referring to the online video of Franco singing his heart out to her Dr. Luke-produced Talk That Talk single, she added, “Someone sent this to me via Twitter, and I watched that. I cried laughing.”

After learning that the frizzy-haired man in the clip was indeed the Oscar-nominated actor, Rihanna couldn’t believe he knew her music that well. “First of all, I didn’t recognize that it was him like that, and then I didn’t recognize it was him singing my song,” she said. “And it was kind of cool because I’m a huge fan of James Franco, so it was dope to know that he even knew my record.”

About the chatter that she might appear with Franco in Seth Rogen’s movie “The Apocalypse,” well, that is still up in the air. But if she should join him, she might be playing one of the celebs partying at Franco’s house when they learn the apocalypse is coming. “That’s in the works,” she said. “I can’t really say. Nothing’s confirmed, but it’s open, and we’re interested.”

Kanye West’s new song is SICK…LITERALLY!! He’s got the flu, ya’ll.

No one is safe in Theraflu; K-West drops names from Anna Wintour to ex Amber Rose and her new fiancee Wiz Khalifa.

AND he confesses his love for Kim Kardashian.

The sound is nothing that new or surprising from Le Egoist, but it’s repetitive and clean…not too overproduced, no auto tune to speak of.

YES! We hope this is an indicator that Kanye is slowly moving back towards his old tricks!

We understand it’s all about discovering new ways of doing music and progression, and blah, blah, but there’s no denying Kanye’s raw talent.
