The ‘Poker Face’ singer will be resting at home for the next few weeks to recover from the operation she underwent in February after tearing her right hip during her ‘Born This Way Ball’ tour which she was forced to cancel after being left unable to walk.

While she may be holed up at home, Gaga, 26, has found some friends to keep her company, reportedly splashing out thousands of dollars on 27 koi carp.

“Gaga said she’d had a dream about the fish so she had her team source some koi and set up a massive tank,” a source told The Sun.

“The whole exercise cost over £40,000, which is a lot to most people but small change to her.”

Just hours after her surgery, Gaga wrote a touching letter to her fans, crediting them for “giving her strength” to get through the operation.

“Monsters, you really gave me a lot of strength today. Everything happened so fast, but when it came time to face it I reflected on the many stories and experiences you’ve shared with me about your lives,” Gaga wrote on her LittleMonsters.com blog.

“As they wheeled me into surgery today, I thought about all of your pain and perseverance, your unique family situations, school environments, health issues, homelessness, identity struggles, sometimes you are so brave that it terrifies me. I wonder how it’s even possible.”

Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Da’Quan Bowers was arrested on firearm charges at New York’s Laguardia airport

Authorities say an NFL player has been arrested at a New York airport after police found a handgun in his luggage.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Da`Quan Bowers Bowers was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and is expected to appear in court on Monday evening. He posted $10,000 bond.

Bowers was arrested at LaGuardia Airport as he was about to board a US Airways flight to Raleigh in North Carolina.

Authorities say the loaded .40-caliber weapon was found during a search of his carry-on bag.

The charges carry a minimum sentence of three and a half years in prison.

Meris Campbell, a spokeswoman for the Queens District Attorney’s office, told USA Today that Bowers did not try to go through security with his Smith & Wesson firearm.

When he got to the check-in counter, he told airline employees he had a gun in his bag, Campbell said.

She did not have any information on Bowers’ reasoning for having the gun in his bag.

Bowers played college football for Clemson University and was chosen by the Buccaneers in the 2011 NFL draft.

Bowers missed the first six games of the 2012 season with a torn Achilles tendon but returned in time to play in 10 games and record three sacks last season.

The Buccaneers released a statement reading: ‘We are aware of the situation and are gathering information. We will withhold comment until we know all the facts.’

The NFL will also review the matter. League spokesman Greg Aiello said: ‘It will be reviewed under our league policies.’

Former Giants star Plaxico Burress was arrested on the same charge after he accidentally shot himself in 2008.

Burress, whose gun was tucked into his jeans and shot him in the thigh in a Manhattan night club, later accepted a plea deal to a lesser charge (attempted criminal possession of a weapon) and served 20 months in prison.

Azealia Banks in hot water!!!!

American rapper Azealia Banks has become embroiled in a bitter Twitter row with Perez Hilton after slapping her own verses over the top of DJ Baauers’ Harlem Shake.

The 21-year-old let rip in a bizarre foul-mouthed rant on the social networking site after her version of the hit track was removed from Soundcloud – branding the New York producer a ‘f****t’ and accusing him of ‘c**kblocking’.

Her fiery comments have divided fans, with US blogger Perez taking offence, telling the rapper she is becoming known for her vitriolic rants rather than her music.

Perez wrote: ‘Classy as always! How does it feel to be better known for all your trash-talking than your music, Azealia?’

Since the feud started Azealia, who is openly bisexual, has been accused of being homophobic – something the 212 strenuously denies.

Taking to Twitter she wrote: ‘Men in hip-hop beef and say f****t and all kinds of other craziness but I get shunned for doing it.’

She added: ‘Here we go again. Everyone pretending to be so shocked and moved by the word faggot. It’s like society is so bored with itself it needs to hold on to these outdated rules of what you can say and cannot say.’

This situation is a perfect example of how difficult it is to be a female who raps.

‘Art is supposed to be inspiring. If you’re mad at someone for being excited and inspired by your art then you’re doing it wrong.’

The Harlem Shake began as a dance in the 1980s but the latest version featured on a flood of online videos is an electronic dance track by 23-year-old Brooklyn DJ Baauer who released the single last year with the record label Mad Decent.

The video starts with one person, often masked, dancing while everyone else in the room pays no attention but when the chorus kicks in they all join in, usually wearing crazy costumes or with props like blow-up giraffes or bicycles.

YouTube said the craze appeared to have started with a posting by a vlogger and spread quickly, with more than 12,000 Harlem Shake videos posted from the start of the month to mid-week watched up to 44 million times.

Harlem Shake has a way to go to top Gangnam Style which made history last December when it became the first ever video on YouTube to reach 1 billion views.

Mixing with Hollywood geek heroes such as Avengers director Joss Whedon and Buffy The Vampire Slayer star Eliza Dushku, Hornstein’s social chameleon act was exposed when she began to boast of working for Silicon Valley guru and Napster creator Sean Parker.

Sean Parker’s Founders Fund took legal action against the would-be tech investor to stop her from ever claiming that she worked for them according to Gawker.Com.

‘Beginning no later than July of 2011. Ms. Hornstein engaged in a pattern of conduct, which includes making false and misleading written and oral representations, designed to deceive potential business partners and employers into believing that she had prior and/or ongoing business and employment connections to Founders Fund and its partners,’ read the legal filing.

‘In fact, Ms. Hornstein is not now, nor has she ever been, an employee or business partner of Founders Fund or any Founders Fund Partner or executive.’

Her false claims were discovered through a blog posting she made on the Women 2.0 site where Hornstein says she ‘has experience working with a number of Silicon Valley companies, including iMeem, Nitro PDF, Dropbox, and Founders Fund.’

The post has since been taken down.

The complaint also states, ‘On September 16, 2011, Ms. Hornstein again claimed employment at Founders Fund in an electronic communication to a major entrepreneurial networking company. That representation was likewise false.’

Tech Crunch, which revealed the duplicitous boasts of Hornstein outlined how she operated after investigating her various claims.

Anecdotes on Hornstein all began with name dropping and invariably led to her getting introductions to those involved at the very highest levels of Silicon Valley start ups and established firms.

Promising introductions that never materialized, Hornstein would eventually be caught out, allegedly harming the reputations of those who trusted her.

One commenter at the Hacker News forum offered this as evidence of what meeting Hornstein entailed.

‘I’ve meet Shirley a handful of times, through mutual friends and founders here in SF,’ said the posting.

‘Every time we hung-out, she would tell elaborate stories of meeting so and so, or being friends with Sean Parker, or Justin Timberlake. Almost immediately, the first time I meet her, I was super skeptical; always felt like something was really off with her.

‘She mentioned she knew the founders at Dropbox, and even said that she had stock in Dropbox and sold it, and made quite a nice sum of money. Again, all the while I was super skeptical.’

Last week, however, Hornstein apologized for her actions on her blog – and promised to change her behavior.

‘In short, my house of cards collapsed. After TechCrunch outed me as a liar and (ab)user of photoshop, I was subjected to the humiliation and judgement from people I have never met and probably never will. 

‘More articles surfaced, and my entire credibility was essentially erased. I lost my job. My friends. My life came crashing done on me. I was devastated, confused and ashamed of myself. 

‘Deep down I knew this would happen eventually because you can’t build your life based on lies, but what did I do to stop it? I told more lies, created more elaborate stories, abused trust that been given to me and pretended that everything was going to be okay. 

‘Fake it ‘til you make it, right? I was so lost.’

Tiger woods loans his plane to he new BIOTCHHHHH!

Man, it’s tough being a global celebrity. You do a friend a favor by sending them a plane, as friends do, and all of a sudden the press is all over it, making a big deal. Can’t a multimillionaire get a little peace?

By now you’ve probably heard that Tiger Woodsallegedly sent his plane to help Lindsey Vonn get home following her injury during the world championships in Austria. TMZ snapped Vonn boarding the plane, and other outlets, includingthe Swiss tabloid-eseque newspaper Blick (as cited by Ski Racing Magazine) also reported that the plane was Woods’. While planes are indeed trackable and identifiable by their tail numbers, Woods’ plane is private and therefore does not register its travels, and as you can see above, there’s no plane number visible in that photo.

Woods and Vonn have been the subject of plenty of rumors; Woods’ story you know, and Vonn finalized her divorce in January. So there you go. However, Woods has made no public statement on the matter, and Vonn actually released a statement trying to shut down the rumors:

“Lindsey is currently in the midst of the World Cup season in Europe,” the statement read. “Her focus is solely on competing and on defending her titles and thus she will not participate in any speculation surrounding her personal life at this time.”

Woods isn’t scheduled to play again for several weeks. We’re certain that he’ll be forthcoming about his private life at his next press conference.

Lil Wayne says Heat kicked him out; Heat disagree

Lil Wayne has a song called Troublemaker. Surprisingly, it’s not about his attendance at NBA games.

The rapper left the Miami Heat-Los Angeles Lakers game Sunday afternoon and tweeted he was forced to leave because he was rooting for the Lakers. But Heat spokeswoman Lorrie-Ann Diaz told USA TODAY Sports in an e-mail that Lil Wayne was not kicked out but instead chose to leave.

“So I’m @ da Heat game right, rootin 4 da Lakers kuz dats my team & would u believe they got police 2 make me leave?! Wow!” Lil Wayne tweeted at 5:01 p.m. ET.

One fan who was at the game said security approached Lil Wayne after he made a gesture.

“Random guy yelled at Lil Wayne at #MiamiHEAT game. Weezy looked back, gave him a mean stare & gestured he had a gun,” tweeted Danny Vega, who said he was at the game and sitting near Lil Wayne. “Weezy just got into argument with security at the #MiamiHEAT game. He got kicked out for gun gesture.”

Diaz, the Heat spokeswoman, did not respond to a question about whether security approached Lil Wayne before he left.

Lil Wayne cited racism when he was not allowed into a Western Conference finals game last year, but Oklahoma City Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney said the issue was the rapper didn’t have a ticket to the sold-out game. He then attended an NBA Finals game in Oklahoma City, apparently smoothing over any issues with Thunder staff.

Fashionista leaves Louis Vuitton bag containing ‘suicide diary’ naming five girls banned from funeral

Tragic: Ashley Anne Riggitano, 22, leapt from George Washington Bridge yesterday

A 22-year-old fashionista jumped to her death from a New York bridge, leaving behind a designer handbag with a suicide note including a list of five girls she did not want to attend her funeral.

Ashley Anne Riggitano leapt from George Washington Bridge at 4:40 p.m. yesterday into the Hudson River.

Her Louis Vuitton bag contained handwritten notes singling out the five people who had made her unhappy.

‘All my other ‘friends’ are in it for gossip,’ she wrote according to the New York Post.

She also mentioned a man who she was not happy with, and although he was permitted to attend her funeral, she added that she hoped he gets what he deserves’ when he gets there.

The newspaper reported that Miss Riggitano may have had a history of problems and tried to commit suicide at least once before.

Medication, including Adderall and Klonopin, was found in her bag, according to sources.

Adderall is used for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or narcolepsy, while Klonopin is used to control seizures in epilepsy and for the treatment of panic disorder.

The newspaper reported that the people referred to in the notes appeared to be friends from college or work and that Miss Riggitano may have been bullied by her fashion friends.

Miss Riggitano had been working as intern for the New York-based jewelry and fashion designer Alex Woo.

She started her own business, called Missfits, where she hand crafted jewelry made out of semi precious gemstones with her best friend Victoria Van Thunen.

On her company’s Facebook page in the ‘About Me’ section she wrote:

‘My name is Ashley Riggitano or those who know me know I go by Ashley Anne. I am originally from Bergen county NJ but have moved on to downtown Manhattan. I study fashion merchandising at Lim College. I have always had a strong passion for fashion especially jewelry.’

The budding designer graduated from Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in Manhattan this year.

She had interned at some high-profile fashion companies including Tommy Hilfiger and Nicole Miller, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Her family in Paramus, NJ, have not commented on her death yet.

Miss Van Thunen wrote on her Facebook page yesterday:  ‘Those who incessantly blame others as the cause of their issues should perhaps take a step back and reevaluate these situations. The common thread may be that “they” aren’t the problem, but rather that YOU are.’

Well Frank Ocean used that on Chris Brown. Apparently, CB tried to belittle Frank Ocean by calling him the f-word and Frank said “You are too.” And that hurt. But, these rumors are not new. A few years go, they were saying that CB beat Rihanna down, because she found some gay pics in his phone and he proceeded to get mad. The rest is history. But, more recently, Chris has been dogged by rumors that he had a relationship with an R&B singer named Martyn, somebody I never heard of until today. Apparently, they were DM’ing a lot and it leaked.

So, Frank Ocean and CB should be more cool than punching each other. They are brothers!

Her 2004 incarnation as the feline heroine may have flopped in comparison to Michelle Pfeiffer’s 1992 version.

But when it comes to her off-screen antics Halle Berry is the ultimate Catwoman.

The actress looked relieved to return her moggie to the veterinarian surgery in Culver City, California on Wednesday for a check up.

The 46-year-old was spotted rushing the ginger and white cat to the same surgery last Wednesday, and was most likely following up on the visit.

She dressed smartly for the jaunt in a warm coat and baker hat.

The star teamed her clothing with slouchy boots and the fresh-faced star appeared to have eschewed all make up for the errand.

Responsible owner: Despite her starry status, Halle accompanied her pet to the appointment herself which will have made it much less traumatic for the cat

Taking care: The 46-year-old toted the carrier from her car in Culver City last week when she initially transported the cat

Halle’s seemed much happier and alert for the trip.

The screen star looked concerned however, showing she’s as responsible a pet owner as she is a mother.

Hopefully she can now rest easy knowing her four-year-old girl Nahla won’t have to come home from school and worry about the health of her beloved moggy.

French Montana is continuing the Coke Boy craze, and doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of slowing down his grind. The “Pop That” rapper recently talked to Rap-Up and gave some details on his unreleased new single “Freaks” featuring Nick Minaj that will appear on his debut LP, Excuse My French.

“It will drop next week,” he said. “We kind of redid the Lil’ Vicious and Doug E. Fresh song. It will be Top 40, number one [on Billboard charts].” French also announced that his debut will be dropping on April 16 instead of March 26 as previously announced.

Guy who car jacked Bobby V. has been arrested

Police have identified one of two men accused in the armed carjacking of R&B singer Bobby V in Midtown Atlanta Tuesday night.

Robert Unrico McFarland, 18, was arrested Tuesday shortly after the carjacking. Police said he was one of two armed robbers who approached singer Robert Wilson — known as Bobby V — after he parked a red 2013 Bentley in a lot outside the Hot Beats Recording Studio at 1200 Spring Street Tuesday night. Police say Wilson complied with the men and they drove away in the car.

An off-duty lieutenant heard a call over police radio about the incident and found the luxury car abandoned nearby at the Arts Center MARTA station, according to police spokesman Greg Lyon.

Authorities say Wilson and witnesses identified McFarland as a suspect and he was taken into custody.

The swooner is known for his big hit “Slow Down” in 2005, and other notable tunes such as “Lights Down Low,” “Come Touch Me” and “One Girl To Love.”

Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call (404) 658-6636 or Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-8477. Callers may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward of up to $2000.

Lil wayne and Fabolous are not beefing!

Lil Wayne offended quite a few people last summer when he declared that he flat out “don’t like New York,” but like a true New Yorker, Fabolous found inspiration in the uproar, turning Weezy’s oops into a clever catchphrase for his Big Apple anthem “So NY.” The Brooklyn rapper tells MTV News that Weezy’s statement simply motivated him to show off more pride in his city, and they’ve since had a conversation about it — at Miami’s Club LIV, obviously — and moved on

“I felt [Wayne] spoke his opinion so if he doesn’t like New York — it’s not a bad thing,” Fab said. “I do feel he spoke it because it was how he felt, and New York isn’t at its strongest point musically or [anything]. [But] it’s also hard to say that about any place. You can do an interview and say, ‘I don’t like Kentucky’ and the people of Kentucky are gonna have little gripe about that. Of course, Kentucky is not New York City, but the people there are prideful of their state.

“I just think he did it and I didn’t take it personally like it was directed at me,” he continued, explaining his immediate reaction to Weezy’s comment. “I took what he was saying and tried to empower some pride back into New York, like ‘I’m “So NY” Weezy probably don’t like me. And that’s what it was about, just making a statement, taking what he said and motivating people with it.”

At this point, Lil Wayne is generally known to be wholly consumed in his own world of skateboarding and ESPN, so when the two rappers ran into each other at Club LIV in Miami, they addressed the track briefly, and didn’t let any hard feelings linger.

“I saw him at Club LIV, and was like I’ma go over there and holla at Wayne, just to check the temperature and make sure everything is okay,” Fab explained. “Because you know people hear things and I don’t know which way they took it, but he actually came over to me, and said ‘what’s up.’

“And he was like ‘man, I wasn’t tripping off of that, I didn’t even take it in any kind of way when I heard it… I didn’t even know about it.’ I was like oh alright, that’s cool. So that was the end of it there. There was no reason to dwell on it, and I even took a picture for my Instagram just to show the people that it was no big deal.”

“What does Lil Wayne care about?” he added, laughing. “He doesn’t care about sh–.”

Fab dropped the visuals for “So NY,” last week, which he says highlights the grittier, everyday reality of New York, versus the shiny tourist attractions.

Fabolous’ sixth studio album Loso’s Way 2 is due this spring.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Authorities are investigating allegations that Grammy-winning singer Chris Brown assaulted a man in a West Hollywood parking lot.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to a report Sunday night of six men fighting.

Witnesses told deputies that the brief fight was over a parking space.

The department says the “altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim.”

The “victim” wasn’t identified but the celebrity website TMZ, which first reported the incident outside a recording studio, says the fight also involved Frank Ocean, a nominee in the upcoming Grammy Awards. He later tweeted that he “got jumped by (Brown) and a couple guys” and suffered a finger cut.

The department says it will contact Brown later.

Brown’s attack on singer Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy awards overshadowed the show. He was injured in a June 2012 brawl with members of hip-hop star Drake’s entourage at a New York nightclub.

A 33-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder after police discovered the body of his Long Island neighbor stuffed in his closet.

Aston Barth, who was arrested in 2007 for sticking up a Citibank in Central Islip while dressed as a woman, lived with the nearly-decapitated body of victim Jason Campbell for about a week before his mother and brother discovered it Christmas Eve, according to police. 

When police questioned Barth about the body, he admitted to choking 35-year-old Campbell while the two argued in Barth’s Central Islip bedroom Dec. 18, Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney Glenn Kurtzrock said.

Barth then tried to decapitate and dismember Campbell’s body, but he changed course after only one whack of an ax to his neck and instead just threw a garbage bag over the victim’s head, wrapped him in a blanket and stuffed him in a bedroom closet.

Barth and Campbell were friends since childhood, according to police. Prosecutors said it was unclear whether the victim was dead when Campbell whacked him with the ax.

The assault happened in a Long Island home on Ferndale Boulevard where Barth lives with his mother and younger brother. Barth ordered his family to stay out of his room following the attack, and family members didn’t find the body until Christmas Eve.

Barth later told police they could find the ax behind his bedroom door. He is being held without bail.

Barth made national news in 2007 when he attempted to rob the Citibank in Central Islip wearing his mother’s clothes, which included a brown skirt suit, a blonde wig, sandals and makeup.

Despite the meticulous disguise, he had failed to shave his dark black mustache.

He was paroled in July 2011 after serving three years for the robbery conviction. He had previously served three years on an attempted robbery conviction, according to state records.

Barth’s mother, Connie, said that her son has been mentally ill since childhood, when he used to behead animals for fun.

‘I’m so sorry,’ she told Newsday. ‘My son needed medication but he wouldn’t take it. He would say, “I can do this without medication.”‘

If convicted, Barth could face up to 25 years in prison.

The long-running Rihanna, Chris Brown, Karrueche Tran love triangle looks like it could be coming to an end as the ‘Diamonds’ star has reportedly told her ‘Yeah X3′ lover to pick between the two beauties after growing “tired” of his games.

Claims about the three-way romance have been swirling all year with Brown finally breaking up with Vietnamese model Tran in October, blaming his “friendship” with RiRi for the split.

After that many assumed Rihanna and her former beau would officially get back together and while they have spent time together, tweeting intimate photos of them kissing and cuddling, Tran is still on the scene and reportedly joined Brown in Paris as he continues his ‘Carpe Diem’ tour.

Kanye wear skirt for 12-12-12 concert, lets remeber diddy skirt too! hmmmmm

Anything can happen when Kanye West takes the stage. But thankfully, at the 12-12-12 concert for Sandy relief it was just West’s bold fashion choice that shocked fans.

He wore a black leather skirt-like bottom over his pants paired with a black hoodie while he performed at the benefit concert.

The kilt bottom swayed back and forth as West jumped around the stage rapping hits like “Gold Digger” and “Touch the Sky.”

One twitter user quipped: “Kanye must have swapped suitcases with Kim Kardashian.”

But Kanye’s skirt had the last Twitter laugh when it joined Twitter and racked up over 1,000 followers by morning.

“Nothing but the finest pleather money can buy. Yeah, i’m fly,” Kanye’s skirt tweeted.

The possible-kilt was a new look for West, who also showed a new side of himself at the show. Kardashian’s boyfriend got sensitive when he performed a short ballad about love before launching into a signature rap song.

West is known for getting wild on stage. He famously stole the microphone during Taylor Swift’s VMA acceptance speech to praise Beyonce.

The artist performed several of his biggest hits, along with many other artists at the 12-12-12 concert, which benefited the Robin Hood Fund for Sandy victims.

Alicia Keys, The Who and Bruce Springsteen were just some of the greats that took the stage before West performed.

New York native Keys closed the show, following Paul McCartney’s set, with her hit “Empire State of Mind.” Surprisingly, West’s buddy Jay-Z was no where to be seen at the Madison Square Garden concert, though he is featured in the Keys hit.

Lesbian killer sentenced to life for shooting his daughter and her mother wtf?

A father has been sentenced to life without parole after shooting dead his daughter’s lesbian lover and the her mother.

Jose Aviles, from Southeast Austin, Texas, yesterday pleaded guilty to shooting Norma Hurtado, 24, and Maria Hurtado, 57, on the doorstep of their home in April 2011.

Travis County court heard how Aviles had been drinking on the day of the shooting and was upset about the same-sex relationship his daughter, Lydia, 17, was involved in with Norma.

He drove to the Hurtado’s property with another man who has never been found, and opened fire at the mother and daughter, before fleeing.

His own daughter, who was staying with the Hurtados, was in a back room of the house when the shooting happened and called the police.

The desperate 911 call was played to the jury who heard Lydia Aviles screaming for help as she tried to stop the bleeding.

Aviles was arrested the early the next day in Bexar County with a gun in his waistband, and told police that he was in ‘an emotional situation’.

Austin police Lt. Gena Curtis told Statesman.com: ‘This had been an ongoing dispute between these families and it turned tragic, into a horrific act of violence with the death of two individuals.’

The court heard how Aviles and his wife would send threatening text messages to Norma Hurtado. In one message, Aviles threatened to kill Hurtado and her mother.

Avile’s daughter had been dating Norma Hurtado, after they met in a Wendy’s burger bar, it was reported.

Aviles’ lawyers argued that Aviles’ actions were not motivated by hate but borne out of frustration at his own daughter abandoning her four-year-old child to see Norma Hurtado,

The jury took one hour to find Aviles guilty of capital murder, which means life without parole. Prosecutors are not seeking a death sentence.

Alicia Garcia, a family friend of Norma and Maria Hurtado, was given the opportunity to speak to Aviles in the court and was reported as saying: ‘(Norma’s) only error was loving the daughter that you never cared about.

‘She wanted  the very best for your daughter and you know that’.

She said that Norma and her began dating when she was 16 after they met while working at Wendy’s.

Aviles leaned back in his chair as the verdict was translated into Spanish through his headphones.

Pastor Refuses To Back Down From Same-Sex Marriage ‘Death’ Remarks

A Maryland pastor who invoked a Bible quote saying homosexuals are “worthy of death” at a Maryland Marriage Alliance meeting is standing by his comments.

“That’s not my words,” said Reverend Robert Anderson (pictured) of the Colonial Baptist Church in Randallstown, Md., according to NBC Washington 4. “That’s from Romans Chapter 1 written by the Apostle Paul himself.”

Speaking against Question 6 on Maryland’s ballot last week, Anderson said that “’knowing the righteous judgment of God that those who practice such things are deserving of death. Not only do the same’ – but watch this – ‘for those who also approve of those who practice these things.’ If we don’t vote against it, then we are approving these things that are worthy of death.”

The Marylanders For Marriage Equality, who support the bil, denounced Anderson’s comments. “We really think that it was very inappropriate for the Maryland Marriage Alliance to hold a panel where they used the words ‘worthy of death’ to describe gay and lesbian couples,” said Sultan Shakir, a member of the group.

Anderson argues that his comments are being taken out of context.

“Worthy of death in that they are promoting the lifestyle and they are promoting what same-sex marriage is all about, and that is what we’re standing against,” he said.

@EvelynLozada: I Want No-Contact Order With Chad @ochocinco To End

Evelyn Lozada wants her no-contact order against Chad Johnson to expire, TMZ reports.

The ex-NFL star and former husband to Lozada is on track to finish his batterer’s intervention program in a few months. Johnson is expected to ask the judge to end his probation and end the no-contact order against him during this time.

If the judge grants him these requests, Lozada will have to file for a civil restraining order against him. But TMZ reports that she has no interest in doing so because she wants to “move on.”

Johnson pleaded “no contest” to domestic battery following his Aug. 11 fight with Lozada. He was sentenced to a year of probation and the batterer’s class as part of the plea.

Despite Lozada’s desire to end the no-contact order, she has no desire to get back with Johnson.

It is too bad that Chad and Evelyn’s marriage ended so quickly–and violently. But, do you feel Chad can learn from his mistakes and become a better husband to a different woman?

Mike Tyson signs deal to write memoir

6:15AM EDT October 16. 2012 – The man whose life has been an open book will now make his life an open book.

Joelle Katz of The Hollywood Reporter reports that former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson will write a memoir with a release date next summer.

The book will be titled “Undisputed Truth.”

The book will be co-authored by Larry “Ratso” Sloman who partnered on two books with Howard Stern and also written about Bob Dylan, Kiss, Abbie Hoffman and National Lampoon.

Tyson, once the most feared man on the planet, blew through hundreds of millions of dollars and served prison time on a rape change.

Recently he has appeared in the “Hangover” movies and did a one-man show on Broadway that was directed by Spike Lee.

Rick Ross & Jeezy fight Video

The fight between Young Jeezy and Rick Ross at the BET Hip-Hop Awards was all caught on tape. According to TMZ.com, the video shows a brief scuffle between several people before security and police break up the fight. Security then stands between two groups of men as they yell back-and-forth. Rick Ross is then escorted from the fight area, but someone goes after him yelling. Security is quick to act and stop the man before he is able to get to Ross. The fight reportedly broke out Saturday night at the taping of the BET Awards in Atlanta. Atlanta Police have said that no one was injured during the fight and no arrests were made.
