Wiz, kelly rowland, Amber, Akon, and Pharrell in studio

Spring is in the air and new sounds are budding. From in

stagram, we can see there’s a ton of rapper mingling, but can we optimistically expect some studio collabos as well? This week’s round-up brings Kelly Rowland, Akon, Wiz Khalifa, Amber Rose, and Pharrell into the same space, DJ Khaled, Jay-Z and Rick Ross casually conversing over red solo cups, 2 Chainz towering over Nas and Iggy Azalea, and Fabolous brothering up next to Chief Keef. Atlanta was also met with a rare reunion by Jermaine Dupri, Usher, and Young Jeezy. Other noteworthy filtered pics include DMX getting his equestrian on, Action Bronson crowdsurfing (really…), and Diddy giving us his best “caption this” photo.

Meek Mill , Rick Ross BELIEVE IT video!

Meek Mill and Rick Ross
It’s going down in the desert. Meek Mill and Rick Ross suit up and storm Las Vegas in the video for their anthem “Believe It” off Meek’s debut Dreams and Nightmares. The dapper dons ride out in style in their blacked-out whips, hitting up the casino where they party with some bad chicks and throw stacks of cash.

Meek is gearing up for the release of his mixtape Dreamchasers 3 on May 6. It will include his remix to Drake’s “Started From the Bottom.”

Watch MMG take over the desert in the clip below.

Will.i.am

Pop automaton Will.i.am’s Twitter-trendable new LP, ‘#willpower’, has been given a release date: 22 Apr. Yes, that’s right.

Miley Cyrus, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil Wayne, Nichole Scherzinger, kid-rapper Baby Kaely (who’s seven, by the way) and Chris Brown (who hasn’t been seven for a while) feature on its veritable filofax of collaborators. As do Britney Spears, 2NE1 and Justin Bieber, but you probably know that.

Erm, what else. Oh, yeah, Will’s Bieber-starring new track ‘#thatPOWER’ is now officially taking up space on YouTube, so point your #face at it now:

Rick Ross LIVES WHITE HOT

March 20th, 2013 | By love not hate

Rick Ross raps about living in the lap of luxury so emphatically, and it’s a wonder that it’s taken him this long to act the part. Reebok tapped Rozay for the starring role in their latest commercial for a line of white on white sneakers, that include the Question Low, Workout Plus, Classic Leather, Workout Mid, Twilight Zone Pump, ExoFit Hi, Phase 1 and DMX 10.

The MMG’s frontman chills poolside garbed like an extra in 2pac’s “I Ain’t Mad At Cha” video at a lavish mansion locale, that came complete with beautiful women, a personal chef, and a flamingo. None of these factors defer attention from the commercial’s main premise – the icy white Reebok Classic.

With the scene set, slapstick humor fueled the remainder of the minute-long spot. We won’t entirely spoil things for you, but let’s just say that the “Box Chevy” rapper did more than reprimand the chef for making a costly mistake. See Rick Ross live white hot below.

Beyonce New Single and she uses alot of curse words……

March 18th, 2013 | By love not hate

Bow Down
Bow down, bitches. Beyoncé is back. When you least expected it, the pop icon returns with snippets of two brand new songs. Queen B reclaims her throne on the Hit-Boy-produced “Bow Down,” telling the competition to have a seat.

“I took some time to live my life/ But don’t think I’m just his little wife/ Don’t get it twisted, get it twisted/ This my shit, bow down, bitches,” Mrs. Carter proclaims on the heavy-hitting anthem.

The song segues into another one called “I Been On,” helmed by Polow Da Don, Timbaland, and Planet VI. A thuggish B pays homage to her Houston roots, chopping and screwing her voice while shouting out H-town legends Willie D, Pimp C, and UGK.

“I heard your boo was talking lip/ I told my crew to smack that trick,” she raps, adding, “The capital B means I’m ’bout that life.”

Hear B like you’ve never heard her before.

MOST EXPENSIVE HOME IN NEW YORK

March 14th, 2013 | By love not hate

A triple storey penthouse on top of one of New York’s best hotels is due to break the record books  by going on sale for an eye-watering $120million.

The 12,000 square foot penthouse on the top three floors of the luxury Pierre hotel is predicted to sell for up to $120million which would make it New York’s most expensive piece of real estate and one of the country’s most expensive homes.

It was owned by Martin Zweig, a stock investor and market, expert who died last month at the age of 70 and was well-known for predicting the 1987 stock market crash.

Sources have told theNew York Post their eye-watering predictions for the sale of the penthouse bought at a comparative snip for $21.5million in 1999.

The plushly decorated triplex has a ballroom, four terraces, five fireplaces and some rather spectacular views of Manhattan.

Chandeliers come as standard in most rooms and a breathtaking marble staircase greets its visitors.

As property website Curbed reports, one broker once called the ballroom: ‘The most important room in private ownership in New York City.’

The east 61st Street hotel is an attraction for the rich and famous in itself.

There are 75 apartments in the building and permanent residents have included Elizabeth Taylor and Yves Saint-Laurent.

However, as the website points out the apartment failed to sell when put on the market for $70million in 2004.

New York real estate is famously expensive but a sale of $120,000 would grab headlines.

According to Business Insider the largest amount spent on a property in the city last year was $88million spent by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev for a penthouse at 15 West Central Park.

But it wasn’t to live in.

According to reports the luxury pad was merely a holiday home for his college-aged daughter to use when visiting New York City.

In 2011 an Upper East Side townhouse went on the market for $90million.

It was originally bought for $6million and was previously a gym despite its ornate facade.

Zweig, a published author as well as respected investment specialist, lived in the property on top of the Pierre Hotel with his family.

A co-founder of Zweig-DiMenna Associates LLC he predicted the 1987 stock market crash when appearing on PBS’s Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser on October 16 of that year.

He is survived by his wife Barbara and two sons.
