The year 1998 was a highly tumulus year for Lamborghini, has it was undergoing a phase for change of ownership, which ultimately stopped at Audi VW. Now before this sale happened in July 1998, a month before, the team at Lamborghini and the Italian division of the French car modifier Carrosserie Heuliez-Torino come into a contract agreement, whereby the later entity would receive a Diablo V-12 car meant to be crafted into something unique in design, and a standout against any competitor in the crowd. Hopefully it turned successful and manifested itself in the Pregunta, now going up for sale. The one-off model was bought over by Autodrome, another French firm who will be supervising the sale.

Under the hood, there is a V-12 530HP engine, which took the top speed of the vehicle to 333 kmph, and took barely 20 seconds to clock 100 kmph from a standstill position. Unlike the all-wheel drive in the Diablo, the Pregunta was give a rare-wheel drive train to show its prowess on the road. Other changes include the new positioning of the radiators towards the front end, and the ‘closed-convertible’ theme of the half-roofs on top the of the car.

The source of inspiration of the car, has been the Dassault Rafale fighter jet, and a lot of it’s designed has been used in the car. The external stealth paintwork is the same as the aircraft, apart from the redesigned air intake system, fully electronic F1 type Marelli instruments, Schrott safety belt harness, fiber optic lighting system, rear view camera, CDI, Cristine GPS system, and the combat aircraft cockpit design.

What strikes the automobile design geek the most about this one-off piece from Lamborghini, is the aggressive shaping of the rear end of the vehicle. The engine lid is a occupies a vast space, but doesn’t poke out due to the aerodynamic shaping of the lid. Since this vehicle was trusted to be a beast on the road, or rather a ‘Hyper Lamborghini’, the curves seen here are totally suited for gliding on the road, instead of just driving. The holes or perforations as it seems, include the rear lighting, and the exhaust pipe to throw out the waste gases from the powerful engine. After all the aim seemed to be ‘questioning’ (‘Pregunta’ meaning ‘questioning’ in Spanish) the norms of what Lamborghini designed till now.

For those of you who have taken an interest in special editions such as these from the top brass of luxury cars, you could definitely find the likes of 1957 Ferrari 250TR Prototype, the 1964 Pontiac XP833, and the Ferrari Enzo Spyder prototype, which highlights the legacy of special editions from these brands. Designs like these a perfect tickle to the desire of owning these pieces of automobile history, and for some, might even create a passageway into the brain of the designers who created them.

Ramineh Behbehanian, 50, will face charges of suspicion of poisoning and attempted murder, police said.

The Starbucks, located on the 6000 Block of Snell Avenue in South San Jose, Calif., was evacuated Monday evening after a customer spotted a woman switching bottles in the cold box at the front of the store with those in her bag, according to police.

As the witness was notifying Starbucks employees of the woman’s suspicious activity, police said, the suspect apparently overheard the conversation and fled the scene abruptly. A Starbucks employee was able to record the license plate of the woman’s car.

The San Jose Fire Department responded to the scene after Starbucks employees examined the bottles and found the contents had a toxic smell to them, police said.

The bottles were tested with hazardous materials equipment and were found to contain a mixture of isopropyl alcohol, or rubbing alcohol, police added.

Later that evening, police took Behbehanian into custody after she was found to be the owner of the car leaving the scene.

“Right now, we do not have any indication of further threats,” Sgt. Jason Dwyer, a spokesman for the San Jose Police Department, told ABC News.   ”We believe she acted alone and, so far, we have no further information leading us to believe that she was a part of a group.”

Behbehanian indicated that she planned to hire an attorney, police said, but they did not know if she had yet done so.

She was expected to be arraigned within the next 48 hours, Dwyer said, but a court date had not been set. In the meantime, Behbehanian was being held without bail at the Elmwood Complex Women’s Facility.

Police were still investigating a motive for the alleged incident.

A spokesman for Starbucks, Zack Hutson, told ABC News that employees of the Snell Avenue Starbucks went above and beyond what they were supposed to do.

“Our partners are trained that safety is our No. 1 concern and, in instances like this, they did exactly the right thing in calling the police,” Hutson said. “Our partners are always trained to monitor the store, including the cold case and lobby area, and to report any specious behavior.”

Starbucks employees later emptied the contents of the rest of the cold case as a precautionary measure. Other Starbucks in the area were also warned to inspect their cold cases and to make sure everything was properly sealed.

“No one consumed the juice and, again, our partners and our customers did the right thing by acting quickly,” said Hutson. “We destroyed the juice [and so did] our partner in the other area.”

Could we be witnesses to the best team in NBA history? If the Miami Heat go Fo’, Fo’, Fo’, Fo’, yes.

he 1995-96 Chicago Bulls are generally regarded as the best team in NBA history.

But if the Miami Heat romp through the 2013 playoffs without dropping a single game, the Bulls’ place in history will be in jeopardy.

Before flooding the comments section with cries of sacrilege, hear me out.

In Michael Jordan’s first full season back after his baseball-induced retirement, the 1995-96 Bulls finished the regular season with a 72-10 record. Through the 2012-13 season, no team in NBA history has ever matched or surpassed that feat.

The 2012-13 Heat weren’t all that far behind, though. They finished the regular season with a 66-16 record, something that’s only been done 13 times in NBA history. The 66 wins were a franchise best for Miami, too.

The 1995-96 Bulls also hold the advantage over the 2012-13 Heat in terms of most regular-season statistics, having ranked first in the league in points per game (105.2), offensive rating (115.2) and defensive rating (101.8), and third in opponents’ points per game (92.9). In 2012-13, Miami ranked fifth in points per game (102.9) and in opponents’ points per game (95.0), second in offensive rating (112.3) and ninth in defensive rating (103.7).

The 2012-13 Heat do beat the 1995-96 Bulls in terms of effective field-goal percentage, though. The Bulls ranked fourth in the league (.517) in eFG% back in 1995-96, but Miami led the league (.552) in 2012-13, as James, Dwyane Wade andChris Bosh all posted career-high shooting percentages.

The Heat also have a regular-season ace up their sleeve: their near-record-breaking winning streak. Miami strung together the second-longest winning streak in NBA history during the 2012-13 regular season, notching 27 straight victories from Feb. 3 through March 25.

Chicago’s longest winning streak during the 1995-96 season was 18 games, only the 12th-longest in NBA history.

Those 1995-96 Bulls finished the 1996 postseason with a 15-3 record, dropping only one game in the Eastern Conference semifinals to the New York Knicks and two games in the NBA Finals to the Seattle SuperSonics.

If the Heat complete the never-before-done “Fo’, Fo’, Fo’, Fo’ ” sweep through the 2013 playoffs, they’d possess the ultimate trump card over Chicago’s claim to the best-ever-team throne.

Of course, Miami still has a long way to go before seriously considering the possibility of running off 16 straight postseason wins.

“That’s not even on our minds,” Heat forward Shane Battier told NBA.com’s SteveAschburner after completing the first-round sweep of the Milwaukee Bucks.

“Sixteen in a row, I’m not even going to look at that,” said James to Aschburner.

There’s good reason. The Heat’s sweep of the Bucks was the franchise’s first playoff sweep since James took his talents to South Beach in 2010 and only their fourth in franchise history, according to Eric Reid, the FOX Sports Florida play-by-play broadcaster for the Heat.

 
 

Continuing their current 12-game winning streak (the final eight games of the regular season and the four-game series against the Bucks) will only grow more challenging from this point forward. As Miami advances deeper into the postseason, significantly tougher, more battle-tested opponents will await.

After all, it was only roughly a year ago when the San Antonio Spurs opened the playoffs with 10 straight wins, looking purely unstoppable in the process. TheOklahoma City Thunder proceeded to win the next four straight games, stopping the stunned Spurs dead in their tracks.

If any member of the Big Three gets seriously injured, it would almost certainly spell doom to Miami’s chances of an undefeated playoff run, too. Remember how vulnerable the Heat looked after Chris Bosh went down in Game 1 of the 2012 Eastern Conference semifinals?

Soreness in Dwyane Wade’s bruised right knee caused him to miss Game 4 against the Bucks in the opening round of the 2013 playoffs. If that knee continues to pose problems for Wade, the Heat’s quest for 16 straight only becomes that much more unlikely.

Given how well they’ve been playing since the calendar flipped to February, it’s not entirely out of the realm of possibility for the 2012-13 Heat, though.

The defending champions started off the season in relative cruise control, but kicked things into high-gear after getting rolling on their 27-game win streak. They posted a 29-14 record in their first 43 games, then won 37 of their final 39.

To put that into some context: The Bucks won 38 games all season. The Heat matched Milwaukee’s full-season win total in their last 41 games.

Had the Heat played every regular-season game as though it were Game 7 in the NBA Finals, there’s a very real chance that they could have bested the 1995-96 Bulls’ 72-10 record.

No one can begrudge the Heat for taking it relatively easy in the first half of the 2012-13 regular season. Coming off a championship run, it’s difficult for any team to bring their A-game every night, especially on the road in December against bottom-feeders like the Washington Wizards and Detroit Pistons.

Now that James, Wade and Bosh have won a championship together, they understand when they can ease off the gas and when it’s “go” time.

The playoffs fall under that latter category.

There’s a reason the Fo’, Fo’, Fo’, Fo’ hasn’t ever happened in NBA history. The combination of skill and luck needed (both in terms of injuries and opponents drawn) makes an undefeated postseason all but a pipe dream.

Miami currently has the best player in the world playing at the most efficient level of his career, though.

As long as the basketball gods don’t forsake the Heat with an unforeseen injury, they still possess an outside shot at completing the first 16-game postseason sweep in NBA history.

If that happens, Jordan and the 1995-96 Bulls better get ready to make room at the top of the best-ever-team rankings.

James and the 2012-13 Heat will leapfrog them.

Gonorrhea is the second most commonly reported sexually transmitted infection in North America.

This particular strain of gonorrhea, known as HO41, was discovered in Japan two years ago in a 31-year-old female sex worker who had been screened in 2009. The bacteria has since been found in Hawaii, California and Norway.

In a bid to avoid contracting gonorrhea, in particular the HO41 strain, people are encouraged to practice safe sex

HO41 has so far proved resistant to current antibiotic treatment and so it has been placed in the superbug category. 

‘This might be a lot worse than AIDS in the short run because the bacteria is more aggressive and will affect more people quickly,’ Alan Christianson, a doctor of naturopathic medicine told CNBC.

Nearly 30 million people have died from AIDS related causes worldwide, but Christianson believes the effect of the gonorrhea bacteria is more direct. 

‘Getting gonorrhea from this strain might put someone into septic shock and death in a matter of days,’ Christianson said. ‘This is very dangerous.’ 

In a briefing on Capitol Hill last week, William Smith, executive director of the National Coalition for STD Directors, urged Congress to target nearly $54 million in immediate funding to help find an antibiotic for HO41 and to conduct an education and public awareness campaign.

Although no deaths from HO41 have been reported as yet, experts say avoiding the disease completely is the best course of action.

‘People need to practice safe sex, like always,’ Christianson said. ‘Anyone beginning a new relationship should get tested along with their partner.

‘The way gonorrhea works, not everyone knows they have it. And with this new strain it’s even more important than ever to find out.’

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease that has been known since medieval times. Sometimes known as ‘the clap,’ the infection can result in painful sores and genital discharge, and is associated with ectopic pregnancies and sterility in both men and women.

Left untreated, gonorrhea can lead to a host of complications including pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, and blood stream infections.

It also raises the risk for HIV because the lesions permit the AIDS-causing virus easier access to the bloodstream.

Gonorrhea is especially common among people between the ages of 15 and 24.

The disease became curable in the 1940s when penicillin and other antibiotics were introduced. Since then, the medical world has created more new drugs that killed the ever-mutating gonorrhea bacteria.

On a state-by-state basis, pockets of the U.S. are seeing giant spikes in the disease. Utah saw a 74 percent rise in gonorrhea cases in 2012, with the trend continuing into the first few months of this year. 

In Minnesota, cases rose 35 percent in 2012, according to the state’s department of health, and according to the latest statistics from the CDC, ‘During 2010–2011, 61% (31/51) of states, plus the District of Columbia, reported an increase in gonorrhea rates.’

Cephalosporin, the last available class of antibiotics recommended for the treatment of gonorrhea, has been failing worldwide and there is the very real prospect that all types of gonorrhea will soon become untreatable.

Professor Cathy Ison, head of the National Reference Laboratory for Gonorrhoea in the U.K. told the BBC last week: ‘There is a possibility that if we don’t do something then it could become untreatable by 2015.’

And every day hundreds of migrants, mostly from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras or Nicaragua, sit on top of the notorious train, often for days at a time.

It is also known as the Train Of Death. Riding precariously on top of the moving containers, migrants are often maimed or killed if they fall due to dehydration or fatigue.

Then there is the human threat. These vulnerable travelers have been increasingly targeted by criminal gangs, people smugglers, kidnappers and corrupt officials.

Driven by poverty at home many are hoping for a better life in the U.S. The journey north take leads them closer to the Mexican border with the United States.

According to Amnesty International thousands of migrants are ill-treated, abducted or raped.

When the travelers reach Mexico City, more organized criminals are often lying in wait. Jorgé Andrade told the Independent that gangs charge the migrants to get to shelter.

‘If they don’t pay, they kidnap, beat them, ask for sexual favours. In the worst case, they’ll be forced to work for the gangs or be killed.’ Andrade said.

Wade has missed six of the Heat’s past eight games and is still dealing with soreness and swelling in the knee, which he has aggravated twice since initially injuring it a month ago.

“The most important thing is to be healthy,” Wade said Sunday, addressing the media for the first time since he last played March 29. “So when I feel it, then I’ll get back on the court. Obviously, I want to play. But I have to make sure that I’m right. You have to get healthy.”

Wade is one of several key players for the defending NBA champions who have missed games recently as the team tries to balance rest and recovery before the April 20 start of the playoffs.LeBron James sat out three games before he returned Saturday from a hamstring injury to score 27 points in a blowout win against Philadelphia.

“[My hamstring] was a little sore this morning, which I knew it would be,” James said Sunday. “But I feel better today than I did a week ago. So I’m making progress.”

Chris Bosh, who missed Saturday’s game, is recovering from a hyperextended right knee and said Sunday he wasn’t sure when he might try to return.

Wade, James and Bosh were among Miami’s players, coaches and front-office staff members who attended Sunday’s annual Heat Family Festival. The carnival-style event held outside of AmericanAirlines Arena raised more than $503,000 for local charities affiliated with the Heat.

While the injuries James and Bosh have been dealing with have been considered minor, there seems to be more concern around the team regarding Wade’s situation.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said Saturday that all three of his marquee players will be considered day to day for the rest of the regular season. But Spoelstra confirmed that Wade has been held back by consistent swelling in his knee.

Wade initially banged knees with a defender during a March 6 game against Orlando and aggravated the injury when he collided with another player two weeks later against Boston. Wade played through the discomfort a few more games before he sat out a back-to-back set against Charlotte and Orlando on March 24-25.

Wade returned for the March 27 loss in Chicago, which ended the Heat’s 27-game winning streak, and also played two nights later in New Orleans. But he had a setback in each of those games, first spraining his right ankle when he stepped on Bulls forward Taj Gibson‘s foot and then took more hits and falls during the game against the Hornets.

“His body will tell us when we’ll play him,” Spoelstra said of Wade on Saturday. “He got hit right on top of his knee twice. He was able to resolve it, then get past it. But in the New Orleans game, he got beat up and was on the floor.”

Wade seemed to downplay the severity of the swelling and the bruise on Sunday, but alluded to areas around the knee that have been the focus of his recent treatment sessions.

Because the Heat have clinched the No. 1 seed in the East and are closing in on securing the best overall record in the league, the team’s approach is that it’s best to be cautious down the stretch and get players healthy now.

“We took care of business so we were able to say, ‘We have these injuries, so let’s take care of it now and be smart,’” Wade said. “I would love to be playing right now. As a player, if you get a couple of days off you, you want to get back to it. But I’m just trying to be smart with my doctors. When I feel like I can get back on the floor, then I will.”

Wade has averaged 21.3 points, five rebounds and five assists in 66 games this season. This is the second straight season he has dealt with a knee injury heading into the playoffs.

Wade played through soreness in his left knee late last season and had it drained during the second round of the playoffs. He ultimately had surgery on the left knee last summer after the Heat beat Oklahoma City in the Finals.

With six games remaining on the Heat’s regular-season schedule, Wade said he’s hopeful he can get back on the court as early as this week. Miami plays Milwaukee on Tuesday, travels to Washington on Wednesday and hosts Boston on Friday.

“Obviously, the biggest thing is to get your wind back and get your legs back under you,” Wade said. “But I’ve been around the block a few times. It’ll be a little adjustment, but I’m not overly concerned about it. I do want to get back on the court before the playoffs to get a rhythm. Hopefully, sometime this week I can step back on the cour

William Strickland, 72, was shot six times while he waited for a ride to his dialysis appointment last month.

His wife, Janet Strickland, 64, is said to have watched as William Strickland, Jr allegedly shot his grandfather in the back with his own gun.

The pair are said to have stolen a bag containing a wallet and embarked on a shopping trip, leaving Mr Strickland dying on the street outside the family home.

Prosecutors say William Jr spent the stolen money on a new phone, gym shoes and tattoos, while neighbours reported that Janet Strickland bought her grandson a bright red Pontiac car as well as furniture for herself.

The pair are charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery and were denied bail.

Janet Strickland was not in court Saturday because she was being treated for lung disease and high blood pressure in hospital.

Assistant State’s Attorney Jacqueline Kwilos told reporters the pair ‘discussed on numerous occasions killing the victim. [Janet Strickland] stated numerous times to her grandson that she was sick of his grandfather and that she wanted her husband dead. She stated she wished he was not here and she wanted him gone.’

William Jr had lived with his grandparents for a few months after moving from Wisconsin, where he lived with his mother and siblings, the family’s 84-year-old neighbor Theolene Shears told the Chicago Tribune.

‘It was the longest two or three second of my life,’ he told ESPN. ‘I literally thought I was dead.’

He also showed off the injuries that he and Soleil Guerrero suffered in the accident, which took place just south of Miami on March 16.

They shared images revealing their broken, charred skin and a picture of bandages covering Guerrero’s entire body while she was being treated for third-degree burns.

The start of the date – which had been arranged to celebrate Guerrero’s 27th birthday – was peaceful, with the couple enjoying the views for more than an hour.

But things suddenly took a bad turn when the pilot told them they would not be able to land at their expected location – and Stallworth, 32, saw they were heading for powerlines.

‘I became concerned when I was looking back behind me, and I saw that we were getting really close to the power lines,’ Stallworth told ESPN in his first interview about the accident.

‘By the time I realized we were going to hit the power line, it was too late.’

When they hit the line, they were both electrocuted and Guerrero caught on fire in the corner of the basket.

‘The shock felt like two or three seconds, but it was the longest two or three seconds of my life,’ Stallworth said, adding that he was paralyzed by the shock.

‘I started to get light-headed, and I remember telling myself, “Don’t close your eyes, if you close your eyes you’re going to die.” I literally thought I was dead.’

Guerrero said she also believed they were going to die.

‘I could feel the electricity… in my spine, from the top all the way through my body,’ she said. ‘I caught on fire somehow. I couldn’t believe how this was how it was going to end.’

The basket crashed to the ground and both were taken to hospital in a helicopter, and were treated with second- and third-degree burns. Guerrero’s injuries were more severe.

‘This situation has made me realize that life is short,’ he told ESPN.

Stallworth, a 10-year NFL veteran, is a free agent who played one game for the New England Patriots last season before he injured his ankle.

After the crash, his agent said he would not suffer permanent damage from the accident.

‘He’s going to be OK. He has some burns, but he’s going to be fine,’ Drew Rosenhaus told ESPN.

‘He will be able to continue his NFL career. The injuries are not to the extent they will jeopardize his career.’

According to Miami-Dade Police spokesman Roy Rutland, the basket carrying the three passengers crashed into the power lines while airborne at Southwest 217th Avenue and Southwest 296th Street.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.

Beyoncé and Andre 3000 will partner up on a cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black” for the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann’s remake of The Great Gatsby, which will also features music from Jay-Z, Jack White, Lana Del Rey, the xx and Florence and the Machine.

Jay-Z is producing and making music for the Gatsby soundtrack, which will reporetdly meld past and present styles of music. Gatsby star Leonardo DiCaprio introduced Hov and Luhrmann, and the MC will collaborate with composer Craig Armstrong (who scored Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet and Moulin Rouge!), as well as music supervisor Anton Monsted.

Along with Beyoncé and Andre 3000′s cover of Winehouse’s hit, the soundtrack will also features new renditions of pop classics including the Bryan Ferry Orchestra and Emeli Sandé’s new take on Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love,” and White’s version of U2‘s “Love Is Blindness.”

In addition to appearing on the soundtrack album, new songs from will.i.am (“Bang Bang”), the xx (“Together”), Florence and the Machine (“Over The Love”) and Del Rey (“Young and Beautiful”) will appear in specific scenes in the film.

“The question for me in approaching Gatsby was how to elicit from our audience the same level of excitement and pop cultural immediacy toward the world that Fitzgerald did for his audience?” Luhrmann said in a statement. “And in our age, the energy of jazz is caught in the energy of hip-hop.”

The Gatsby soundtrack is set for release on May 7th from Warner Bros. (pre-order for digital copies begins April 23rd). The film – which stars DiCaprio as Gatsby, Tobey Maguire as narrator Nick Carraway and Carey Mulligan as Daisy Buchanan – will open May 10th. The jury that convicted Richard Beasley of murder last month recommended that he face execution and Judge Lynne Callahan chose not to reduce the sentence this morning to life in prison, uttering under her breath as the killer left the court room ‘I think I’m going to be sick.’

Beasley, 53, was convicted of teaming up with a teenager in 2011 to use the promise of jobs on a southeast Ohio farm to lure the men to their deaths.

Three men were killed, and a fourth who was wounded testified at Beasley’s trial.

The judge read the three death sentences in a hushed courtroom crowded with victims’ relatives, some of them holding back tears, Beasley skipped the chance to speak to the judge before the sentencing.

He asked to speak later, but the judge said that was his chance, and he passed on it. He listened to the verdict with his head on his chest, sitting in a wheelchair he uses for back pain.

Beasley, however, was allowed to make a brief statement before being sentenced on additional counts.

He told the court, ‘I killed nobody. To the families, I’m sorry. … I will continue to pray for you.’

As family members left the courtroom, one of them was overheard to say to Beasley, ‘Your words mean nothing.’

Beasley wore a red and white striped prison jumpsuit and was seated in a wheelchair during the proceeding.

Beasley’s co-defendant, who was 16 at the time of the crimes, was too young to face the death penalty. Brogan Rafferty was sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole on his conviction last year.

One victim was killed near Akron, and the others were shot at a southeast Ohio farm during bogus job interviews.

The slain men were Ralph Geiger, 56, of Akron; David Pauley, 51, of Norfolk, Va.; and Timothy Kern, 47, of Massillon. All were looking for a fresh start in life, prosecutors said repeatedly during the trial.

The survivor, Scott Davis, now 49, testified that he heard the click of a gun as he walked in front of Beasley at the reputed job site.

Davis, who was shot in an arm, knocked the weapon aside, fled into the woods and tipped police.

Beasley, who returned to Ohio from Texas in 2004 after serving several years in prison on a burglary conviction, claimed at trial that Davis had in fact pulled a gun on him in retaliation for Beasley serving as a police informant in a motorcycle gang investigation.

In arguing the sentence before the jury, both sides highlighted Rafferty’s case: The defense said his life sentence should factor into the jury’s deliberations but prosecutors said it shouldn’t because Rafferty’s age ruled out the death penalty entirely.

The jury recommended execution after hearing two hours of testimony from witnesses, including Beasley’s tearful mother, who were called to portray him sympathetically and press for leniency.

Carol Beasley testified that her son had a troubled childhood and suffered physical abuse by his stepfather.

She also said she learned within the past year that her son had been sexually abused by neighborhood youngsters.

‘I always felt there was much more than he told me,’ she said.

As she testified, Beasley slumped forward, his chin on his chest and his right hand covering his eyes.

The defense also called a psychologist, John Fabian, who testified that Beasley suffers from depression, alcohol abuse, low self-esteem and a feeling of isolation, all possible results of a troubled, abusive childhood.

Prosecutor Jonathan Baumoel had urged jurors to consider the ‘enormous’ weight of Beasley’s crimes as they considered his punishment, calling him ‘the worst of the worst.

When we first saw the speaker backpack, we thought it was straight out of the war based sci-fi movie, between the good and bad. But unlike the hard stiff shell it appears, the unique fabrication of the bag allows it to be folded thousands of times without bearing a scratch or tear on the surface.

When we assumed that this is all sci-fi inspired, we were taken aback to find that nature is actual source of inspiration for the unique design. Insects and animals such as armadillo seem to be the initial figure in mind, but in manifestation of the bag, has been given a more retro and rugged look to the carrier.

Hyundai has been doing the rounds with some other premium creations as well. One of the favorites we noticed was the Hyundai Genesis, which was also given a special edition run a few years ago. That time the association was with Prada, where jointly 1,200 custom made editions were sold. Too bad the Equus hasnt met the similar edition this time around, but for the discerning car collector, this one sure will get noticed and replicated a bit differently.

The shooting occurred as victim Rahquel Carr sat in a white Mercedes-Benz outside the home of her grandparents in Miami-Dade, Florida.

Reports say the girl had been living with the grandparents at the time.

The shot, fired around 6pm on March 20, struck the girl in the head and chest.

She was airlifted to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

In the wake of the tragedy, police are piecing together the events that lead to Carr’s death.

‘We’re looking at who the firearm belonged to,’ Miami-Dade Police Detective Roy Rutland told WPLG, ‘where the firearm was in the vehicle at the time, along with who was present when this child was shot.’

Police initially said they believed an adult was either in or very nearby the car when the shot was fired.

Some reports have since identified that adult as Carr’s mother.

Rutland also revealed that at least two other children, both under ten years old, were inside the vehicle with Carr at the time of the shooting.

According to a CBS 4 report, one of those children was Carr’s brother.

The report says the 6-year-old was handling the gun went it fired.

‘Those kids,’ Rutland said, ‘will be interviewed as well.’

Despite the CBS report, Rutland referred to comments that Carr’s brother pulled the trigger as ‘speculation.’

Police nonetheless seem to believe it was likely one of the children who pulled the trigger.

Also likely is that the handgun was being stored in the Mercedes.

The Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney is reviewing the case to determine if charges will be filed.

Louisville guard Kevin Ware badly injured his lower right leg during the Midwest Regional final against Duke on Sunday and had to be taken off the court on a stretcher.

An official told several reporters that a bone snapped. Trainers immediately covered the leg with a towel and placed Ware on a backboard, then lifted him onto a stretcher.

The injury occurred with 6:33 left in the first half as Duke’s Tyler Thornton made a 3-pointer to get the Blue Devils within 21-20. Ware tried to contest the shot and his leg buckled when he landed, bending gruesomely.

The injury happened in front of the Louisville bench, and the Cardinals were overcome with emotion. Russ Smith collapsed onto the floor, along with several players, and was clearly crying as doctors attended to Ware. As Ware was being loaded onto a stretcher, the Cardinals gathered at midcourt until coach Rick Pitino called them over, saying that Ware wanted to talk to them before he left.

Pitino wiped away his eyes as Ware was wheeled out, as did several of the Louisville players.

Former Washington Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann, who famously sustained a broken leg during a Monday night football game against the New York Giants, tweeted, ‘Watching Duke/ Louisville my heart goes out to Kevin Ware.’
