Alicia Keys has been one of the more reserved women of the music industry. She rarely wears anything too revealing besides the occasional corset or two. But, things have seemingly changed with the release of her (assumed) sultry album cover for her forthcoming project Girl on Fire.

Donning a stunning black dress that exposes the outline of her breast, Keys stares straight into the camera with a sexy grin. The photo acompanied her statement about Girl on Fire.

Keys announced:

“I’m in the studio right now working away on my new album and I am SO excited!!! I’m ignited!!! I’m like a match to a flame! I’ve had the title of this album in my mind for a long time. It’s been hard to hold it back and now I’m not holding it back anymore! It is called Girl on Fire!!! And that’s exactly how I feel!!! You’ll be learning more about it soon… but let me just say before making this record, in some ways I felt like a lion locked in a cage…I felt like a girl misunderstood that no one really knew, I felt like it was time to stop making excuses for any part of my life that I wanted to change. Once I made that choice I became a Girl on Fire, the lion broke free!!”

Producer Beef: Bangladesh Says Swizz Beatz Isn’t Relevant

Hit making producer Bangladesh isn’t making any new friends in the industry. The Grammy winner is taking shots at none other than Swizz Beatz. Bangladesh claims Swizz isn’t relevant to today’s music scene.

The subject of relevance came up during an interview between Bangladesh and XXL Magazine. The “A Milli” beatsmith said Swizz Beatz wasn’t relevant because relevance has something to do with being youthful. Bangladesh explained Swizz Beatz isn’t as youthful as he would like the public to believe. “I don’t think Swizz is relevant,” the Young Money affiliate said.

Bangladesh went on to bring Alicia Keys into the mix, opining Alicia Keys is the one who gives Swizz the little bit of relevance he has now. “I think there’s a difference between relevance and musical relevance. You married a lady that’s poppin’ [Alicia Keys], you know it’ll give you a lot of relevance, but you gotta make hits. Ain’t no hits. Are you relevant for the craft you’re doing or the life you live as far as the decisions you make?”

Bangladesh concluded his thoughts by saying he was more relevant because he can relate to music’s youth. “The relevance is in being youthful. Still being in-the-know.  I have a 15 year old son so they think we’re brothers and I put him on to stuff. You know, I’m 34 but people tell me I look 23.  He still look to me for information. Usually it’s the opposite; usually the parents are lame or too old to understand or whatever. Just the way I feel, I got so much more time.”

Alicia Keys’ Nonprofit to Honor Oprah Winfrey

NEW YORK (AP) — Oprah Winfrey is getting a tribute from Alicia Keys.

Keys announced Tuesday that her organization Keep a Child Alive will honor Winfrey at its Black Ball event on Nov. 1.

Key says in a statement that the media mogul is “a personal inspiration to me because her philanthropic work truly comes from the heart.”

Winfrey’s humanitarian efforts include the building of schools in South Africa.

Keep a Child Alive was founded in 2003 and assists HIV/AIDS victims in Africa and India. Keys says this year’s Black Ball will pay “special tribute to the empowerment of women — the heartbeat, soul, and backbone of the AIDS movement.”

The ninth annual event takes place at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom. Past honorees include former President Bill Clinton, Sir Richard Branson and Bono.

New rumors of Swizz Beats cheating on Alicia Keys are swirling around the internet! Swizz Beatz, who left his wife Mashonda Tifree for Alicia Keys (see Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz Marry In Corsica). Bossip.com got the scoop on Swizz Beatz secret lover Chris who he has been having some steamy chat sessions with. Bossip has posted a number of the chat sessions and we have them here for you.

The two met back in 2007 at Solange’s birthday bash in Houston and have stayed in contact ever since. They call each other bro and sis in the chats, but that makes it a little bit like incest is going on
