David Banner Inducted Into Mississippi Musicians Hall Of Fame

January 22nd, 2011 | By love not hate

Congratulations are in order for David Banner. He was honored earlier this week when he was inducted into the Mississippi Musicians Hall of Fame. On being inducted, Banner said: “For so long we travel around the world as artists trying to find our place in the scheme of things. There is nothing like being recognized at home. I am honored and humbled to be in great musical company.”

In case you didn’t know, David Banner has released 4 albums and produced records for the likes of Kanye West, TI, Nelly, Maroon 5, Snoop Dogg, Anthony Hamilton, Chris Brown, Zac Brown, and more. Last year, he won a Grammy for his production on Lil’ Wayne‘s Tha Carter III. And now you can catch Mr. Banner’s production skills being put to use on TV commercials and movie scores.

Congrats, Mr. Banner, a recognition well deserved.
