Brown’s ‘mooning’ charges dismissed

A judge on Tuesday dropped charges that rapper Foxy Brown violated a court order by mooning her neighbor after the woman told prosecutors she would not testify at the trial.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt and her trial was slated to begin Tuesday, following a dressing-down at her last court hearing when she appeared hours late.

The Brooklyn-based rapper was a teenager when she broke onto the rap scene as a protege of Jay-Z, but her career has foundered in recent years.

Prosecutors said Brown violated the order in July 2010 by screaming at Irene Raymond before bending over, baring her buttocks and showing her underwear while shouting an obscenity.

Had the case gone to trial, her attorney Salvatore Strazzullo said her defense would have been not only did she not moon Raymond, but she wasn’t even wearing underwear at the time.

Foxy Brown was kicked off a Royal Caribbean cruise ship because she flipped out after missing her at-sea manicure appointment, according to TMZ.

Passengers say she made an appointment last Monday, a day after the ship set sail, but after her outburst, was kept under supervision until Wednesday when they dropped her off in the Cayman Islands.

Foxy Brown THROWN OFF SHIP

Foxy Brown’s fingernails have once again landed the singer in hot water — this time, she was booted off a Royal Caribbean cruise because she flipped out after missing her at-sea manicure appointment … TMZ has learned.

Passengers on the cruise tell TMZ, Foxy set up a nail appointment on the cruise ship last Monday — a day after the cruise took off — and showed up three hours late.

We’re told the people at the salon couldn’t accommodate her when she rolled around — and Foxy went completely ballistic.

According to sources, security removed her from the salon and sent her back to her room — where she remained under supervision until Wednesday … when the ship dropped anchor somewhere in the Cayman Islands … and authorities kicked her off.

We’re told Foxy — who performed on board the day before the incident — was then escorted to an airport and flown home. Royal Caribbean had no comment. Attempts to reach Foxy were unsuccessful.

Brown has a storied history when it comes to cosmetics — in 2004, she faced assault charges for allegedly beating up two nail salon employees … and again in 2007 after allegedly beating up a beauty store employee.

Foxy Brown was escorted out of a fashion show party in NYC Wednesday night. The Brooklyn rapper reportedly showed up intoxicated, long after she was scheduled to perform. According to tmz.com, Fox Boogie was at the after-party for Indashio’s fashion show which took place at Red Bull Space in Soho, sources say that Foxy showed up at 1:20AM, ten minutes before the entire party was supposed to shut down. The party revelers proceeded to leave, and Foxy decided to lock herself in a bathroom, and refused to come out.Security was called, and Foxy was physically removed from the building.
